HOW TO SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE
My website was set up to help you find a way to simplify your life and make things easier, less stressful and hopefully, more fulfilling.
However, it’s difficult to know where to start sometimes isn’t it? When we’re feeling run down, frustrated, tired or even just a little unsettled, knowing what the exact problem is and how to solve it, is tough. We can get put off before we’ve even started because the prospect of change is sometimes scary and daunting.
Simple living and being more mindful and intentional about what I let into my life, what I kept out and how I found ways to make it less overwhelming and much more rewarding was a journey for me.
That journey started out by decluttering my wardrobe and led to me decluttering, streamlining and organising every aspect of my life – from my yearly goals to how I organised the fridge. You can read more about how I simplified my life, the steps I took and why I believe that we could all benefit from balance through simplicity.

To help you simplify your own life without making some of the same mistakes I made, I created several short (and totally free) courses and challenges which I hope you find useful.
Each of the courses approaches a different aspect of your life, whether that’s the clutter in your home, your self-care routines, your time management or your personal development.
They each offer small chunks of information by daily email or in the form of workbooks that you can download and print.

Your Intentional Life is a free 7-day email course that will make you look at your life differently.
With daily emails and simple challenges, we’ll cover the exact steps you need to take to simplify your life.

In daily bite-sized chunks, this 5-day time management course will help you create more time, be more productive and make the time you do have work better for you.
Being intentional about your time will help you to carve more minutes out of your day. I can’t create more than 24 hours in a day but I can show you how to make the most of the time you do have.
Simplify Your Time will help you be as efficient and productive as possible. We’ll look at how you can structure your day to get things done and still find time for looking after yourself, spending time with family and focusing on your priorities.

SIMPLIFY YOUR SELF-CARE
A 5-day email challenge to simplify your self-care designed to help you sustainably look after yourself so you can carry on looking after everyone else.
This mini challenge won’t tell you to soak in a long hot bath or get a manicure. I won’t suggest you have a weekend away with your friends or spend lots of money on a spa visit.
Although these activities will all help, they’re not always practical if your time and/or budget are limited!
I believe that the true meaning of self-care runs a lot deeper than these activities. And the meaning and benefit can both be gained without spending money, time and energy that you might not have.
This challenge will help you discover more about the true meaning of self-care – that’s effective, sustainable and realistic for all of us.

Every day for 1 week you’ll receive emails full of information, encouragement and advice straight into your inbox.
All you need to do is find a little bit of time each day to follow the steps and take action against your clutter.

I think many of us (including myself sometimes) tend to take things for granted. We only realise how much we love or use something until we’re forced to be without.
This is why I think the mindset of gratitude is such an important one, but it’s so easily overlooked or forgotten. We fail to appreciate what we have already and to be grateful and thankful that we have it in our lives.
When we realise how lucky we already are for what we have in our lives, we’re much more likely to feel happy, content and satisfied with what we DO have, instead of constantly seeking more of what we DON’T.
Not only can this constant chasing make us feel unsettled and unclear but we can become complacent and oblivious to all the things that enrich our lives already.
