Build Your Own Simple Life Binder
Create one simple place for all your plans, printables, ideas and inspiration.
Have you ever printed a worksheet, downloaded a planner or scribbled notes on a piece of paper… only to wonder where you put them a few weeks later?
I’ve done exactly the same.
That’s why I created the Simple Life Binder.
It’s a simple, flexible way to keep all your planning pages, worksheets, checklists and notes together in one place, so they’re easy to find whenever you need them.
The best part?
You can build it completely your own way.
There are no rules.
No perfect setup.
Simply choose the pages that help you most and create a planning system that fits your life.
Why Create a Simple Life Binder?
When life feels busy, it’s easy for information to end up everywhere.
- A notebook in one room.
- A shopping list in your handbag.
- A worksheet on your desk.
- A planner in a drawer.
- Notes saved on your phone.
Keeping everything together in one place makes life feel simpler.
Instead of searching for what you need, you’ll know exactly where to find it.
Many people also find that writing things down helps them slow down, clear their mind and think more intentionally.
Rather than trying to remember everything, you can get it onto paper and focus on one step at a time.
Your binder becomes a place to organise your thoughts, plan your days and keep track of the things that matter most.
Instead of feeling like everything is scattered, you’ll have one simple place to come back to whenever you need it.

How to Build Your Binder
Getting started couldn’t be easier.
Step 1
Choose a binder or folder that you like.
It can be as simple or as colourful as you like.
Step 2
Print the pages you want to use.
Everything is designed with a clean, minimal layout that’s easy to read and economical to print.
You can print in A4, A5 or US Letter size, depending on what works best for you.
Print single-sided, double-sided or two A5 pages on one sheet of A4—whatever suits your printer and your binder.
Step 3
Hole punch your pages and organise them into sections.
Use dividers if you’d like to keep everything tidy.
The images on this page are simply examples to give you ideas and inspiration. Your binder can be as simple or as personalised as you like.
Step 4
Start using your binder.
Don’t worry about making it perfect.
You’ll naturally add, remove and rearrange pages as your needs change.
That’s exactly how it’s meant to work.

Make It Your Own
Your binder should work for your life.
Some people enjoy using colourful pens, stickers and page markers.
Others prefer a simple approach with nothing more than their printable pages and a black pen.
Neither is right or wrong.
Choose whatever helps you enjoy using your planner and makes it easier to come back to week after week.
What Can You Include?
Your binder can grow over time.
You might like to include:
- Your Plan Your Week Workbook and Weekly Planning Checklist.
- Pages from the Simple Productivity Workbook and Planner.
- Free printables from the Simplify Library.
- Decluttering worksheets.
- Meal planners.
- Goal-setting pages.
- Self-care resources.
- Habit trackers.
- Notes and ideas.
- You can find many of these as downloads in articles on my blog.
- Anything else that helps you organise your home, your time and your life.
Print only the pages you’ll use and leave out anything you don’t need.
The beauty of the Simple Life Binder is that it’s completely flexible.
Start with the Simple Life Starter Pack

It includes a collection of essential printable planning pages, including calendars, planners, routines, meal planners, goal-setting pages, habit trackers and more.
It’s designed to help you build the foundation of your binder, and from there you can simply add extra pages from the Simplify Library, your favourite blog posts and any workbooks you choose over time.
Think of it as the first chapter of your personalised planning system.
From there, you can simply add new pages whenever you find something useful on the blog, in the Simplify Library or in one of my workbooks.

Let Your Binder Grow With You
One of my favourite things about using a binder is that it grows with you.
Some months you might be focused on planning your week.
Other times you might be decluttering your home, setting new goals or looking after yourself a little better.
Simply swap pages in and out as your priorities change.
Your binder changes with you.

Keep It Simple
Remember…
Your binder doesn’t have to be perfect.
It doesn’t need hundreds of pages.
It doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.
It’s simply a tool to help you feel calmer, more organised and less overwhelmed.
Start small.
Print the pages you’ll use.
Keep everything together in one place.
Then build your binder one page at a time.
I hope it helps make life feel just a little simpler.
