WHY I CREATED THE EMOTIONAL DECLUTTERING WORKBOOK

I created the Emotional Decluttering Workbook because I noticed how much people struggle with the emotional side of letting go of things.

Decluttering isn’t just about getting rid of stuff; it’s also about dealing with the feelings that come up when we try to part with things that have memories attached to them.
